Aslam Khan has established several companies incorporated in manifold sectors globally. Contribution to society has always been a catalyst in the drive for business expansion and this is reflected in his ethical and humanistic business practices and his philanthropic undertakings.

He firmly believes as he quotes, "Instead of trying to build assets for ourselves, let's try to become an asset for the society"

He is the Founding Trustee whose relentless efforts led to the birth of The RIDA Foundation. Under his leadership, the trust continues to explore opportunities to change people's lives through various initiatives in health, education, and community development.

Dr. Ravivarmais a PhD from the University of Mumbai, majoring in Geology. Thereafter he completed his MBA from the esteemed institute of management, NIBM with a specialization in Human Resource Management and completed a diploma in Public Relation.

In a career spanning more than 25 years in Higher Education and Management, Dr. Varma has held a number of senior management positions. He served various colleges at Mumbai University, in the 1996's where his roles included Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Head of Student and Stakeholder Engagement and Head of Training and Placement. During this time he was involved in major developments, capital projects and ensuring the delivery of an outstanding student experience in every respect. He is currently heading the training and development for a multinational Fortune 500 Company.

Dr. Ravivarma is actively working with select NGOs in Mumbai to identify and solve problems faced by the oppressed citizens of the city, as well as build bridges transcending all communities. At RIDA Foundation, Dr. Varma, along with a few motivated trustees and volunteers, has designed the complete process and implemented the operations of school setup for differently-abled children. He provides input to help improve the efficiency and productivity, of the organization, in order to ensure sustainability.

Anis Choudhary holds a post-graduate degree in Science from Mumbai University and MBA in International Business. He is working as an Associate Professor with the prestigious college of Mumbai University. He has also served as Co-coordinator of the National Service Scheme (NSS) department of the University of Mumbai which is a unit of student volunteers committed to social work for the upliftment of underprivileged people of slum, Villages and Tribal zone. He has been a recipient of the prestigious "Indira Gandhi National Award" from the President of India for social work.

He is actively involved with the various community projects for children's rehabilitation services, women empowerment and rehabilitation of victims of natural disaster. He works collaboratively with community partners to foster an integrated system of services for children and youth. Prof Anis has also been a speaker at several humanitarian and educational events.

Anis Choudhary has been associated with RIDA Foundation since 2012 as a Trustee, providing strategic leadership to social programs, multi-function and cross-cultural people management and diverse organizational and operating environments.

Dr. Maleka is an experienced Medical General Practitioner at various facilities and has worked for most of her medical career with a well-established practice in Mumbai, India for the last 14 years. She is a medical graduate from the Maharashtra University of Health Science and completed post-graduation in ‘Hospital Management and Healthcare’ from Mumbai University and practised at various facilities and healthcare development sector.

Dr. Maleka joined Rida Foundation as an Administrator of Sidra Medical Centre and also lead responsibilities of the Sidra Mobile Health Unit and SAARTHI School for Special Children. She holds the position of Head, Department in presenting projects.

Dr. Maleka is one of the governing board members of RIDA Foundation, Multi-sectoral exposure and consistent experiences in various fields of the health sector, enables her to work with any issues of development with projects of RIDA Foundation.

Mr. Samir Shaikh has 20+ years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources and Administration. He is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University. Thereafter he completed his MBA specializing in Human resources. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in material management and a post-graduate diploma in Labour Law & Labour welfare from Mumbai University.

He is a respectable writer and a good poet. He is associated with news media such as Mumbai Durdarshan and Mumbai Akashwani from his college days and has a very decent command of the Marathi language. He worked as a reporter and columnist for the daily Marathi newspaper prior to his corporate stint with Fortune 500 Company where he handles HR, Administration, training, compliance and Industrial relation. He is also a life member with two national-level institutions, the National Safety Council and National Institutes of Personnel Management.

Mr. Samir Shaikh joined RIDA Foundation as a Trustee following successful years managing and coordinating events for NASIMA Foundation, as a founding member, which works for weaker and lower-income communities by way of literature, Education, and Art & Culture.

Dr. Parvez Khan is a doctor by profession but is dedicating his time to philanthropy. Dr. Parvez's strong sense of social responsibility has inspired him to make a real difference in changing the fortunes of society's underprivileged. He is not only the trustee of RIDA Foundation but also continues to be involved with its activities and provides strategic direction as well as guidance and support to the team.

He comes with over 12 year's successful track record in the government and development sectors. Through his role in various advisory panels, Dr. Parvez has deep knowledge of policy and practice at several national and international fora. His key areas of interest and experience includes governance, policy and political science.

Dr. Parvez has a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS), holds post-graduate diploma in Hospital Administration and obtained his fellowship FAGE in 2005.

Naseem is a well versed IT professional with more than 19 years of experience in the industry and has been associated with the RIDA Foundation as a Trustee since its inception. He brings extensive knowledge of corporate having worked, both domestically and internationally, with a broad spectrum of commercial organizations.

A man with a humble beginning, he laid the foundation of his career in Medina, Saudi Arabia as a computer and network engineer. He returned to India in 2006 to be closer to his family and contribute towards deserving social causes.

Naseem has pioneered and leads significant growth to RIDA Foundation's flagship project, Family Under Care. He started the initiative from a grass root level and worked persistently to make it a unique and successful project. His contribution over the years has transcended from issue to issue including social audit, good governance practices, uniform reporting practices, and capacity building at RIDA Foundation.

Yousuf Shaikh brings to the table over 12 years of experience in HR with over 6 years of experience in the healthcare vertical. He has been quintessential in understanding the paradigm shift in targets for RIDA Foundation. His role is to coordinate on legal entities, compliances related to the organizations, capacity building of startup and grassroots' organization, creating internal control systems, financial planning and budgeting.

His ideology of continuous improvement has made him realize and involve himself in social activities for the welfare of the underprivileged; some of which are covered in Mumbai. Additionally, as a governing board member of the RIDA Foundation, he anticipates raising his benchmark towards social welfare alongside facilitating the impoverished by giving them hope and financial assistance

Yousuf Shaikh has completed his graduation in Arts (BA) from Shivaji University and holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Wellingker Management Institute, Mumbai.

Dr. Noor is an experienced Medical General Practitioner and has worked for most of his medical career with a well-established practice in Mumbai, India for the last 18 years. He is a medicine graduate from the University of Kanpur and majored in Unani medicine and Surgery. He has also received training in Cupping Therapy.

He has a long-established record of voluntary activity including the Iqra educational society. He has dedicated significant voluntary time to various educational and health service voluntary activities. These include serving in a variety of honorary positions of influential committees and organizations. He is also associated with the Advance Life Support project of the Government of Maharashtra.

Dr. Noor is one of the governing board members of RIDA Foundation. Multi-sectoral exposure and consistent experiences in various fields of social work enables him to work with any issues of development with SAARTHI School project of RIDA Foundation.
